We are NATURE If I have learned anything from over 5 years dedicated to create Environmental Awareness, it is that we will not learn to "care" for nature without understanding (with our minds, yes, but also with all our senses) that caring for "nature" is caring for OURSELVES. My proposal always starts from the experience, either in face-to-face workshops with a strong sensory component (often linked to cooking and/or experiencing the wildest nature), or with discussion-debates tailored to each audience and related to my personal experience. The aim is that what we learn about resilience and degrowth in a context of eco-social crisis, we integrate it through what really moves us all: the desire to live better, feel more connected, healthy and safe, and to be able to do it all from love.#SustainableTeamBuilding #EnvironmentalSensitization #NaturalConnection #EcoSocialResilience
