Arris has built commercial properties, retail, medical buildings, office buildings, fast food stores, and warehouse addition. Re-branded auto agencies. Does tenant build-outs, and custom homes. Project size range from s.f. to s.f. buildings. Arris keeps the construction schedule developed for the completion of each building project. Built a s.f. building in 60 days with two-ten hour shifts of 50 tradesmen working. Used a helicopter and 8-man crew to set 10 rooftop HVAC units in 10 minutes. Lowered auto dealership showroom floor down 4 feet to supply handicap accessibility. Arris illustrates to every client our transparent open book-keeping policy.
