Hello there! My name is Taylor Deitrick, and I am the owner and Nutritional Therapy Practitioner behind Arrow Nutritional Therapy. Nutritional Therapy is holistic health approach that is based on the five foundations of optimal health – digestion, blood sugar regulation, essential fatty acids, minerals, and hydration. Consuming a properly prepared, nutrient-dense, whole-food diet and living a balanced lifestyle allows the body to achieve foundational health. At Arrow Nutritional Therapy, I work with clients to address imbalances using the body’s innate intelligence to correct nutritional deficiencies and to empower each client to take back control of their own health and wellness. I mainly focus on optimizing digestion, reducing stress, and creating a positive relationship with food. I use a mind / body approach to guide and empower you to achieve your vision of optimal health. Based on your Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire, food and lifestyle journal entries, our initial consultation, and your personal health goals, I will be able to create a bio-individual protocol specifically for you. I will be here to support you throughout your entire journey and help you face any obstacles you may encounter. My goal is to teach you sustainable nutrition and lifestyle changes that will help you find balance and healing.
