Arrowsmith Genetics (AGx) is a preclinical stage precision oncology company exploiting genetics to broaden the therapeutic target repertoire of anti-cancer drugs. Key to the approach is the AGx Mutational Target Mapping (MTM) platform, which optimizes drug targeting strategies, leading to new therapeutic candidates. The company’s platform is fast, suitable for assessing hard-to-target essential and redundant proteins, and finds critical sites that are unique to the targeted protein, thereby minimizing off-target effects. Our current pipeline focuses on converting DNA repair proteins into dominant anti-cancer cytotoxic agents.
