We established the Australian Rural and Remote Telehealth Experience to provide Australians living in rural and remote areas with the opportunity for better health. We aim to offer a completely bulk-billed and accesible telehealth service that connects patients with specialists, regardless of distance. In doing so, we hope to limit the barriers that patients face in receiving the healthcare that they need and ultimately help close the health gap that exists in Australia. Through AARTE, you can consult with patients with telehealth and reduce your patients’ cost and travel burdens. Patients AARTE was created by two doctors who have seen how challenging it can be for patients in rural and remote areas to access specialist healthcare services. At AARTE, we believe people living in rural or remote areas should have access to the same quality healthcare as those living in metropolitan areas. Our telehealth services are designed to help you access a team of healthcare professionals representing multiple specialities, regardless of where you live. AARTE healthcare services are completely bulk-billed for eligible patients. We accept all doctors’ referrals for Australians living in Telehealth Eligible Areas, residents of eligible Residential Aged Care Facilities and patients of eligible Aboriginal Medical Services.
