Headed by principals Sadat Nichols and Alfred Shepherd, the company is certified as a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) through the Small Business Administration and holds several Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) certifications. All ARS field employees have completed OSHA 10/30 training; some are STAR-certified. ARS also employs certified welders, pipe fitters, sheet metal workers and mechanical service technicians.
