Art Circuits' Publisher is Liana Pérez. Born in Cuba, grounded in Venezuela, an American citizen. In Caracas, she made a successful career in Public Relations. When In 2003 Liana moved to Miami, she pivoted toward the love of her life: ART, and founded Art Circuits. Additionally, Liana provides consultancy services to the art community.
