ART Enerji represents brand name HOWDEN KK & K (Kuhnle, Kopp & Kausch) Industrial Steam Turbines and responsible for Sales and Services in Turkey. Kuhnle, Kopp & Kausch (KK & K) AG has been founded in 1899 and renamed Siemens Turbomachinery Equipment GmbH effective June 12, 2007. With the acquisition of KK & K, Siemens has expanded its steam turbine and compressor portfolio in the lower capacity range. In 2017, Howden purchased Siemens Turbomachinery Equipment GmbH.The acquisition will be integrated into Colfax’s Howden business platform, broadening Howden’s range of compression solutions and expanding its product offering into small steam turbines. STE also diversifies Howden’s served end-markets and increases its presence in applications with attractive growth potential. In October 2017 Howden has taken over the business with KK & K turbines and compressors (Frankenthal/Germany) from Siemens AG. This includes all products and services of the well-known KK & K®, HVTURBO® and Turblex® product line from Frankenthal (Germany), Helsingör (Denmark), Springfield (USA) and Mornago (Italy).
