ART specializes in union contract compliance and employer of record services for actors and crew working on a part time, temporary basis for these types of short term productions. Employer of record services include: the withholding and payment of taxes required by federal and state regulations, unemployment insurance, workers compensation insurance, and the processing of year-end W-2s.
