Art Project Ballet

Art Project Ballet is an international ensemble of professional dancers, gymnasts, acrobats and actors established by a choreographer and director Mateusz Polit which freely handle modern movement techniques. They participate in most prestigious events and artistic projects in Poland and abroad. The ensemble have realized projects for such stars as Garou, Tom Jones, London Beat, Boney M. or Lou Bega. They have also made choreography for Polish music stars who appeared for example at the Sopot International Song Festival and National Festival of Polish Song in Opole. In comparison to other ensembles, Art Project Ballet stands out with artists and executors’ versatility as well as with the ability to combine art with latest trends such as multimedia animations, computer graphics, black trax systems, aerial stunts and water curtains or integration with Virtual Reality systems. One of the most current huge events realized with the participation of the ensemble’s soloists was “Way of the Cross” performed during World Youth Day in Cracow. Over 1 artists and volunteers took part in the performance, 2 million spectators watched it live, direct TV transmission reached almost 200 countries all over the world.
