ARTHAR is an agnostic independent platform that allows third parties to pay for and deliver targeted interactive audio messages directly to mobile and fixed line telephone users, exploiting the period of time it takes from dialling a call to connection. 90% of the revenue generated is passed back to the service operators to be distributed to the end user as a financial credit or additional services and products. End users have full control of when, where and who they receive messages from. The message providers have full control of when, where and who they serve messages to, as well as the degree of interaction available to the message recipient.
