Artifex Solutions, LLC was created in late 2012 in San Juan, Puerto Rico with the intention of contract manufacturing medical devices. Our primary focus has been the success of our customers. As a company, we keep innovating day by day for continuous improvement in the quality of the parts we manufacture. Our location is certified and operate to ISO 13485:2003 and is transitioning to ISO 13485:2016 operating as per FDA standard 21 CFR part 820. That means that we have the ability to work with the current and future needs of our customers. We have the capability to produce surgery orthopedic instruments like screws, plates and many other with the most quality and precision standards.
