ArtsTech Solutions is: Theatre, Podcasts, Poetry and Art, all from the imagination of our students! We empower children through the creative process. Our programs help develop key life skills such as teamwork and group participation, confidence, and creative problem solving - all within a safe, all-inclusive environment. In our Creative Theatre Camps, students learn the disciplines of being on the stage including movement, vocalization, listening and more. Students also experience a variety of theater styles from Shakespeare to improvisation. The class is designed so students of ALL experience levels can work together. Since the show has never been done before the ensemble has equal input. Through the use of creative exercises the students build their own original production including characters and plot development, story line, simple set design and costumes. The work culminates with a live show for family and friends on the final day of the camp. Creative Theatre is designed for children 6 and up, with our classes broken into smaller, age appropriate groups. Our formats include “play-in-a-day” workshops (8-10 hours), weekly school year classes (20 hours per program), weeklong summer camps and corporate ‘child care’ programs. The best part of Creative Theatre is that class can be held anywhere - in an auditorium, a large room, a small stage or even outside. The world is our stage!
