We are independently owned and operated, and we believe in giving our franchisees all the support they deserve to protect their investment and help them make money by becoming the center of the community anywhere they are. Our elders have been in the retail business since 1910, and then we used and multiplied that experience to open our first retail coffee branch in 1988 in Mardin / Turkey. We hope to build long-term relationships with our customers through our customer-focused approach. This includes providing high-quality products at competitive prices. Mr. Tacettin Yertum is the founder and CEO of Artukbey coffee (1981 Merdin, Turkey), and he is an experienced businessman in the retail market. Mr. Tacettin branded the company as Artuk Bey Kahve in 2011, creating a sustainable and efficient coffee franchise model. The brand successfully expanded, reaching 75 branches in Turkey, 7 in Iraq and 1 in Dubai by 2020. We reached 83 locations in 2022 and developing 47 locations this year to reach a total of 130 locations by the end of 2023.
