In 2025, Arvin Aviation Ltd was established as the dedicated baggage services entity within the Arvin Group created to meet growing demand for specialist, scalable baggage recovery solutions. We focus exclusively on Airline Baggage Tracing & Courier Services, delivering a fully managed, end-to-end solution for delayed, mishandled, and lost baggage. Our highly experienced Baggage Facilities team has been tracing baggage since 2004 and providing courier delivery services since 2008. We work as an extension of airline operations, protecting brand reputation, improving passenger satisfaction, and reducing baggage-related costs and workload for airport and central teams. We have been the only UK provider to offer a completely integrated baggage recovery service — tracing, locating, recovering, customs clearing, and delivering baggage from the moment a passenger reports it missing through to final reunion at their chosen address.
