As One is a mobile Exercise Physiology and allied health service provider that works to ensure our practices can reach every inch of Australia both virtually and in person. Our program includes educational information for those affected, caregivers and family in general, to maximize our clients potential to reach their recovery goals. We are endeavouring to share our knowledge and skills throughout the disability community so that everyone can access the recovery and therapy options that they deserve. Our mission is to ensure every person, no matter their ability, has access to high quality, safe and knowledgeable professionals that will adapt any space to exercise and receive care As One Online Training (Telehealth) is an amazing option if you need an appointment and prefer remote services or are located in an isolated location. Our Online Training (Telehealth) consultations will deliver the same exceptional level of care as our in-home service offerings. You will still work directly with your therapist to discuss, assess, and diagnose problems just as if you were with them one on one.
