Based in Johannesburg, South Africa, AsaDuru seeks to redefine the built environment; to function in step with nature rather than degrading it. We do this through regenerative development, stabilised rammed earth construction – a visually stunning low carbon wall building technique – and off-the-grid biological wastewater recycling that mimicks the perfect wetland. We work closely with clients, architects, builders, engineers, and quantity surveyors, from design until The name AsaDuru comes from the Adinkra saying “Asase Ye Duru”, which means “The Earth is Powerful”.
