Asala Holding Company (“Asala”), a Saudi privately held limited liability company with paid-up capital of SR 300 million, is a leading real estate company specializing in the ownership, development and management of shopping centers and commercial properties. Asala’s current portfolio is comprised of nine operating shopping malls in the Kingdom totaling 536 thousand square meters of gross leasable area (GLA). All the malls within our portfolio are operated and managed by our subsidiary; Hamat Property Company. Some of our unparalleled shopping destinations in the country include Panorama mall (Riyadh), Hayat mall (Riyadh), and Al Andalus mall (Jeddah). Asala was founded by the well-respected and successful businesses; Jarir and Al Habib. Both founders combined their interests in shopping malls in Asala which they aspire to be the largest commercial real estate company in the over the next few years.
