Our History Ascella Technologies specializes in delivering IT services to Federal, state and local government clients. Ascella was founded in 2002 with a goal of delivering value-added technology-based solutions rather than simply filling technical services positions. Since inception, Ascella has directly assisted numerous government agencies and has teamed with other vendors on projects that range in size from less than $1 million to over $100 million.
