Please drink responsibly. Ascendant Spirits is the first distillery in Santa Barbara County to legally produce whisky, vodka, moonshine, and other spirits since prohibition. Located in the heart of California wine country at the gateway to the Santa Rita Hills in Buellton California, Ascendant Spirits is flanked by the Terravant Winery on one side and Figueroa Mountain Brewery on it other side forming and ideal hub for the creation and enjoyment of the finest beverages. Unlike the mega-distilleries who churn out liquor on a factory scale, all of the spirits at Ascendant are hand crafted in small batches by the master distiller utilizing as many local and organic products as possible.
