Life stressors can affect every area of your life, especially your physical and mental well-being. Using my hands as well as my heart, I help my clients relax and bring them back to a world where life is manageable. As your LMBT, I will utilize Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Hot Stone Massage to promote relaxation, release tension, and further the body's ability to heal itself. At Ascension Bodywork, LLC all sessions are customizable. Mobile Massage, Corporate Chair Massage, and Couples Massages are available.
