In 2023, I launched the Ascension Project, inspired by my own profound journey. I firmly believe that lasting change is found from within. During my school years, I excelled in sports, but as an adult, I lost my way. It took heartbreak, lost friendships, and the termination of my dream job to wake me up. That's when I realised my one true controllable in life, was my health. Through exercise I could come back to my strong work ethic, values and morals. My physical transformation was just the beginning. I had to shed my old identity as a broken and lost soul, by focusing on my future of achievement and acceptance, I transformed not only my physique but my environment around me.
