We enable pre-symptomatic identification of risk by transforming clinical signals—retinal imaging (OCT), inflammatory biomarkers, and validated cognitive assessments—into actionable intelligence. Our multi-modal analytics uncover the biological drivers of cognitive decline and metabolic dysfunction years earlier than traditional diagnostic pathways. Ascento-CDA addresses some of healthcare’s largest and fastest-growing cost centers, including dementia risk and diabetes-related neurodegeneration. By shifting detection upstream, we unlock new value pools across prevention, risk stratification, and targeted intervention—aligned with value-based care and population health models. Ascento-CDA has completed its first IRB-approved clinical study (more is in the working) and is advancing additional real-world validation with clinical and technology partners. We are also seeing early traction from commercial and industry stakeholders, reflecting growing demand for scalable, upstream detection solutions. Our platform is designed to scale across health systems, payviders, and life-science partners, leveraging widely deployed infrastructure and routine workflows.
