Ascham Homes was an 'arms length management organisation'(ALMO). This is a not-for-profit company set up by the London Borough of Waltham Forest Council to manage and improve the housing that it owns. Ascham Homes managed 12400 homes (including 1800 leasehold properties) on behalf of the Council.
