Ascott Centre for Excellence (ACE) is the global training centre for The Ascott Limited, set up in 2007 to develop our human capital. ACE’s vision is to be a valuable partner for our group’s success in learning & development. It's mission is to inspire & enable the development of staff through the spirit of partnership & the implementation of effective HR practices. ACE is also a Continuing Education and Training (CET) centre appointed by the SkillsFuture Singapore specialising in training for the Hotel & Accommodation Services Sector (since 2008). OUR UNIQUE STRENGTHS As a global training centre for the Ascott Limited under our parent company CapitaLand, & an established CET centre, this sets ACE apart fm other training providers. ACE, a business unit of CapitaLand Investment (CLI) Lodging arm (Ascott), specializes in managing hotels, service residences, and student accommodations. With a Property Management System in our training devices, we leverage our properties and operations to provide valuable knowledge and skills transfer to trainees. Our team of experienced Adult Educators (AEs) with an average of 15 years in the hotel sector design, develop, facilitate, and assess ACE programs. These trainers, certified with ACTA and diverse backgrounds, offer real-life perspectives and help learners apply their knowledge to practical hotel operations. ACE has a strong track record in curriculum design, program delivery, and customer service. As a corporate training center for The Ascott Limited, we can place learners in our local properties for real-life workplace learning. With a focus on practical training and global perspectives, ACE offers unique hands-on experiences in our serviced residences and hotels in Singapore.
