Ashdown Psychology Services

I am able to support people struggling with low mood, anxiety and trauma. I provide therapy sessions online or in person at the lovely clinic space in a converted old dairy building in the beautiful village of Glynde, near Lewes. I aim to work creatively and flexibly to meet the needs of my clients, whilst maintaining the highest of professional standards. I offer a range of psychological services to individuals, families, communities and businesses. I draw on a range of different psychological models to inform my practice. Once we have a shared understanding, we consider this, alongside your goals, to decide on an intervention. I draw on the NICE guidance and the wider evidence base to inform my work, but also work collaboratively with those I support in order to create a bespoke service tailored to the individual needs of the client.
