Asher Chaim (pronounced kai-m) was founded in 2017 by three real estate and technology driven professionals with over 40 years of real estate experience. Our core business was real estate investing with deal identification via our proprietary algorithms. We found the marketplace to be very fragmented with brokerages touting tech and even more importantly we found high quality representation by agents very hard to come by for our investment deals. After discussion with our great industry partners and long-time clients we felt an obligation as stewards of the real estate industry to launch a full-service real estate brokerage.
