Ashira Properties Development Corporataion (APDC) is a real estate developer that invests and develops real estate properties in selected areas in the Philippines. The company provides affordable houses, lots, or both houses and lots in subdivisions for investors located in exceptional locations. It is also a flexible construction firm that builds dream houses or buildings - CYL Builders. It also provides properties strategically located, embracing the highest and best use (habu) concept for real estate appraisals. Various realties market APDC projects to deliver the sales objectives of the company. Mr. Cylwin Bomediano, the CEO and founder of APDC, originally started his business venture in 2012 as Ashira Properties, named after his third child Ashira. Mr. Bomediano, in his quest to provide affordable lots to his clients, the trade name Ashira Properties has eventually evolved into Ashira Properties Development Corporation and was formally launched in mid-2014. To help market APDC's development sites, the CEO consequently established its marketing arm Ashira Estate Solutions Incorporated (AESI).
