Based in Ashmore in Dorset Ashmore Manufacturing are experienced plastic vacuum formers and fabricators servicing a number of industry sectors including, packaging, automotive, medical, film, science, general engineering and aviation. Our larger clients include Tesco's, Waitrose, Sainsburys, One Stop, Home Bargains and the NHS to name a few. We also supply many small to medium sized businesses across many different sectors. We are as happy designing and manufacturing low volume one off products as we are running high volume projects. We have the skillset to take an initial design from concept, through the stages of cad design, low cost sample tooling, initial samples ultimately onto production tooling and production runs. The process does not need to be overly expensive and we try to work with clients to manage costs wherever possible.
