Founded in 1949 by Harold Ashton and Jack Goodman, Ashton Goodman Properties has been a consistent and expanding community staple for over 70 years. They founded their company to fill a void in the community by providing quality and affordable student housing for the southwest’s premier and burgeoning University of Arizona. Starting with one property and growing over the years into an array of housing options, the work has been a labor of love. Our continued success is a clear sign of value that Ashton Goodman Properties provides to the community. Our objective is to continue the outstanding legacy of commitment to the needs of our customers that our founders Harold Ashton and Jack Goodman gave the company when they started it so many years ago.
