Ashvattha Learning Communities

Ashvattha Learning Communities enables young people to become teacher leaders and create 21st century classrooms. We work with pre-service teachers during their mandatory internships and government teachers with less than 3 years of tenure. In our learning journeys, we strengthen their classroom practice, focus on self development and build teacher professional communities.
