What we do:* Wafer Ring Refurbishment (metal & plastic): verified flatness/visual criteria, ESD-safe handling, vacuum-sealed packaging.* Cassette & Octagon Box Refurbishment: structural integrity checks, cleanliness and ESD compliance, secure packing.* Cleanroom Packaging & JIT Logistics: pizza-box/carton/pallet configs, clear labelling for rapid incoming QA.* QR Traceability Program (add-on): one QR per asset for life; logs cleaning cycles, batches, pallet links and produces CSV/PDF reports; optional dashboards.
