Asiafactor Cn Limited

Asiafactor (CN) Ltd, wholly-owned subsidiary of Asiafactor Corporation Limited, was founded in end 2012 under CEPA by a group of EMBA students of Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB) who shares the same values and ambitions in domestic and international factoring. Asiafactor is one of the earliest obtained full Factoring License under CEPA in the Pearl River Delta region and is the first Factoring Company registered in Qianhai Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone. Partners who were leaders in their previously engaged industries respectively put together their areas of expertise and formed Asiafactor. The mission and sole purpose of the Company is to develop a truly sustainable and healthy financial package that combines working capital financing, credit risk management, AR bookkeeping and collection services to support small-micro domestic companies and exporters as well as international counterparties.
