AsiaMed Associates specializes in helping small- and medium-sized U.S. companies with developing and expanding new or existing international markets for their products and services. A focus is placed on a strategic analysis of target markets and product potential (the “value proposition”), review of existing and potential sales and distribution channels, and training on localization of products, services and marketing messaging. Internal training also includes developing and improving international communication and management skills for related support staff to run international operations more effectively. AsiaMed Associates also represents a variety of high quality overseas clients looking to partner with quality US/Canadian companies to distribute products in their home countries.
