Asian Offshore Services has been designing, supplying and commissioning high integrity fire and blast rated Building Modules to the worldwide offshore oil & gas and energy industry since 2004. Asian Offshore Services has an enviable track record in the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of fully equipped building modules across a diverse spectrum, worldwide. This ranges from fairly straight-forward non-rated weather shelters to complex high integrity blast rated Zone 2 H60 fire rated designed and certified to meet stringent Client specifications and requirements. Projects where Asian Offshore Services has built and supplied high integrity modules include to JX Nippon, Shell, Chevron Exploration, ExxonMobil, British Gas, Woodside Petroleum, Murphy Oil and Petronas Carigali. Steel Modules are fabricated and fitted out at a facility close to Kuala Lumpur. Asian Offshore Services is also actively involved in the engineering, outfitting, repair, and maintenance and upgrading of offshore accommodation and technical building facilities. Product development and innovation play an important role in Asian Offshore Services’ evolution as a leading supplier of severe service building solutions. One such product is the supply of the building modules for the world’s first installation offshore of a battery energy storage system. This solution enabled the Client to drastically reduce emissions and reduce fuel consumption while improving the overall reliability of the power supply system.
