My practice offers yoga therapy merged with traditional talk therapy to improve your health and well-being. Through Asili Wellness you can request yoga therapy appointments and browse the wellness shop where I offer sustainable products to support you on your wellness journey. All wellness products are natural, sustainable, and therapeutic. Each wellness product is asili (“natural” in Swahili).
