Our training focuses on supporting the consistent transfer of knowledge into action and in particular in the creation of new habits which deliver a lasting return on investment. The programmes are interactive - all learning points are observed, role-played, analysed, summarized, rein-forced with memory cards and practiced. By formulating their individual action plans in the end of each day, new realistic and precise objectives are agreed upon with every participant. Training days are separated by practice intervals to allow learnings to be put into action in the participants’ own environment to generate tangible results. We explore each situation in the participants work environment by means of four different dimensions: We look at the attitudes we have to ourselves, our role, our products or teams and our environment. We look at our interactions and how we can develop the attitudes and behaviours that will give us the best chance of success. Our vison and attitude have a direct impact on how we influence others and the subconscious and emotional drivers of the people in our environment. We convey verbal as well as non-verbal aspects of our personal influence and develop practical approaches to enhance both. Once we are conscious of our personal attitude and successively know how we influence our environment, we introduce you to the techniques and means to develop a toolkit to use in any situation and – through practice – the knowledge of how to apply it effectively. And finally, we take a look at the strategy we apply to approach every situation and conversation with to optimize their outcome. We develop clear structures for different conversations and practical behavioural strategies adapted to the receiver’s communication preferences that result in superior performance.
