The Colombian Association of Electric Power Distributors - ASOCODIS, created in is a non-profit organization that brings together the main electric power distribution and marketing companies that serve regulated and non-regulated users throughout Colombia. The public and private companies that makeup ASOCODIS represent a key segment within the Colombian industry since they supply electric energy services to 11.8 million users, representing 98.6% of the users in Colombia and 79.6% of the national consumption. Eighty-nine percent of residential users correspond to strata 1, 2, and 3, which implies a social responsibility of great magnitude to which we are committed. The distribution companies associated with ASOCODIS manage 93% of the electric energy distributed in Colombia.
