We provide cloud-based software for spatial multi-omics data management and analysis. We are specialized in accurate spatial co-registration across tissue sections and integrating data across fundamentally different assays, including mass spectrometry imaging, spatial transcriptomics, multiplexed fluorescence microscopy and traditional histology. In addition to our software portfolio, we provide access to a team of world-class bioinformaticians that can help our collaborators with challenging bioinformatics research, including new applications, technology integrations, and high-end in-depth analysis.
