We have a professional team of architects, brokers and solicitors that work alongside our family-orientated construction company, delivering projects in their entirety. These have ranged from new builds; extensions; garage conversions; loft conversions and full refurbishments. We have developed our own property portfolio comprising of Buy to Lets and Student/Professional HMO’s (House of Multiple Occupation) and continue to grow this area of the business. We are certified by the ‘National Residential Landlords Association’ and are members of the ‘Landlords National Purchasing Group’. We operate with a small group of investors, focused on small to medium scale developments. We consistently deliver high returns on projects ranging from new builds to HMO conversions and flips.
