Aspire Developmental Services, Inc
Aspire’s primary mission is to strengthen the foundation of each young learner. Our family-centered approach is the foundation of all our programs. Early Intervention services are available at no out-of-pocket cost to eligible children, from newborn to age 3, who have or are at risk for developmental delays due to established biological or environmental factors across the North Shore and Cape Ann and take place in the child’s natural environment. Early Intervention staff work in partnership with parents and caregivers throughout the process of assessment, development of the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and planning for ongoing services. Our Early Education Center consists of 7 classrooms serving children from infants through 5 years of age. Our curriculum and activities address the cognitive, social, motor, and language development needs of each child and are adapted to meet their individual needs. Children learn through play, social interaction, and stimulating opportunities in a supportive and nurturing environment. The Early Support Program is an in-home service for pregnant women and new mothers who live in communities that face greater risks and barriers to achieving positive maternal and child health outcomes. Additionally, the program supports mothers in recovery and women in area residential treatment programs for substance use disorder. This program is open to prenatal, postpartum and parenting mothers, regardless of health insurance status or income. The Medically Complex Care Consultation (MC3) program is for children enrolled in early intervention services across the Northeast region and strengthens care coordination alignment between medical and developmental supports. MC3 provides consultation, targeted training, tools, technical assistance, resources, referrals, and pathways for equitable distribution of family support funds to meet the needs of medically complex children and their families.
