Aspire Together

Nominations close soon for the inaugural cohort launching Spring ‘26. Aspire Together is a nonprofit helping Arizona K–12 schools lead AI adoption from the inside out. We train site-based school leaders—often assistant principals, principals or instructional coaches—to become internal AI champions. Our model equips them to guide AI adoption safely, strategically, and in alignment with local values: AI is moving faster than most schools can respond. Rather than outsourcing to vendors or over-investing in external consultants, we help schools build sustainable, in-house capacity at a fraction of the cost: Upskill AI Champions by 2030. Each AI Champion supports an entire school. At scale, that means, trained to guide AI adoption + supported with practical, aligned implementation + learning in safer, smarter AI-powered classrooms + empowered through schools that lead We’re not just building capacity—we’re building equity, trust, and long-term resilience in every school we reach: Identify a rising leader who can guide your school’s AI journey -/ level.
