ASPIREKEN is a scientific methodology for the achievement of challenging goals, which could be used by individuals and organizations, in any domain where there is clarity of the pathways to success. ASPIREKEN does not work on short cuts, magic formulae, silver bullets, artificial fixes or unrealistic promises. It works by defining the target goals specifically and descriptively, comparing the desired state with the current state of the aspirant over several attribute criteria, building roadmaps to travel from the current to desired state along smaller segments and milestones with feasible progressions, leveraging tailwinds, overcoming headwinds, factoring in any changes in conditions, and at all times, assessing positive and negative behaviors of the aspirant(s).
