Our managers have a broad range of community association management experience, and manage all property needs from typical day-to-day operations to facilitating major renovation and reconstruction management, to transitioning new properties from developer to membership control. ASPM has the highest customer review ratings among our peers. Along with ensuring our customers' needs are timely met, we are sensitive to the market value of our communities. With extensive industry experience, decisions are always made with the resale value of the property in mind. We are deeply rooted in San Diego's communities, and maintain strong ties with industry partners to deliver the best value possible to our clients. We are an active member of both Community Association Institute (CAI), America's leading advocate for responsible communities, and the California Association of Community Managers (CACM), organized for the purpose of promoting professionalism by way of education and training through certification of community association managers. We are also a licensed general contractor, experienced in overseeing multi-million-dollar community restoration and construction projects. Our services bring a powerful combination of wide-ranging resources and individual focus to each community we serve, no matter where it’s located, its size, or type of property.
