ASSEMA stands for “Associated Serbian Manufacturers” and was launched in 2005 as a fully owned subsidiary from SOENEN - Belgium. The primary activity of ASSEMA is the supply of mechanical components and sub-systems for the SOENEN, as well as production of complete automated lines and development of new machines, especially for our main product range – core cutting- and slitting lines for distribution and power transformer manufacturing. 3D design and development is done “in the house” by a group of skilled mechanical engineers, while our Automation Department is responsible for electrical and software designing, testing and commissioning of complete lines. Soenen-Assema company stands as a leader in the production of tailor made machines for the sheet metal industry. Our aim is to deliver high quality solutions in the field of production technology – from perforating and expanded presses to CNC punching lines, transformer core cutting lines and custom-made laser applications. Assema has started with the development and production of systems for wastewater treatment - Biorotors. Innovation and customer satisfaction have been keywords at Assema. Some of our customers are: Siemens, ABB, TBEA and other the most famous companies all around the world in this field.
