Once a property is acquired or under 3rd party contract, AMP then transitions daily operations of the properties to Four Leaf Properties, an industry leader. With deep expertise in property management and the latest digital marketing technologies, Four Leaf Properties is the hands-on management company which operates those communities to supercharge occupancy growth and resident satisfaction. Our approach on the structured financing side is unique in the industry, as we focus on creating quality partnerships between buyers and sellers with unparalleled speed of execution. Creatively, we have financed over $100MM in workout transactions, bringing investors, banks, operators and funds together providing an exit strategy in complex deals. And, we’ll help community owner/operators cut through complexity to sell their properties, supporting the next steps in their life's journey.
