Associated Capital Securities Limited (ACSL) is a Stock Brokerage firm incorporated under the Companies Act in the year 1996. ACSL became a member of the Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) on the same year and started operation which was primarily, facilitating clients in the purchase and sale of shares listed under the CSE. In the year 2005, ownership of ACSL along with all of its assets, clients and membership of CSE was sold to the current management team headed by the company’s Chairman, MD Amin Ullah. MD Amin Ullah is one of the leading businessmen in the fisheries sector of Bangladesh. He is the Managing Director of Ark Sea Foods Ltd. and is currently the president of Bangladesh Frozen Foods Exporters Association. Under his leadership, ACSL became one of the leading brokerage firms in Chittagong. Currently, ACSL has five branches located in Agrabad, Nasirabad, Anowara, Feni and Khulna. The company provides services to more than ten thousand clients. These services include IPO application, secondary market brokerage, margin loans, advisory services and access to internet trading. Moving forward, the company is focusing on improving the technological platform, expanding its client base and developing new financial products and services.
