To help resolve your personal problems and concerns we use an integrative approach that includes:* Cultivating a therapeutic relationship and developing a diagnostic treatment plan * Exploring your emotions, beliefs, thought processes, behaviors, values, relationship patterns, and coping and communication skills * Deep questioning to help you discover who you are and what you really want * Brief solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and humanistic-holistic psychotherapies * Guided-imagery, inner child work, directed daydreaming, NLP, hypnosis, hypnotherapy, and self-suggestion * Mindfulness, energy psychology, and relaxation techniques We offer both in-person counseling at our office and online web-based therapy. Debra offers face-to-face therapy, and Timothy offers both in-office and online counseling using secure chat, text, or video.
