Launched in 1996 by David C. Brandt, P.E.(former President of brr, Inc. Consulting Engineers), AEC was founded to provide top quality full service engineering design and coordination in a client-focused and project oriented practice. Our Owner and Architectural clients are concentrated in the Higher Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Light Industrial, and High-end Multi-family Residential markets throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Florida. Our team has a broad background and years of experience, which gives them the perspective to anticipate challenges early in the design approach and the ability to manage interdisciplinary coordination effectively.
