About the team Most of the team, here at Assured FG, have worked together in some capacity since 2006. We are five advisers with a combined experience of over fifty-six years, all of whom are fully qualified in our own specific fields of the financial industry. We are predominantly office-based, but are happy to offer home visits to those clients who need that service. We also make full use of the latest technology to offer online video consultations, for those that would like the “face to face” experience remotely. As a team, we take an enthusiastic role in building strong relationships with our clients. The most satisfying part of being a Mortgage Adviser, for us, is to see the clients we’ve forged friendships with throughout the duration of their property search and mortgage application process, receive the keys to their forever home. About Assured FG We work with a broad range of Mortgage Lenders, which currently consists of a panel of over seventy, but is continually increasing. Our Fees The initial consultation with us will always be free and payment of any fees will only become due when you have a mortgage offer in place. We operate a competitive fee structure that is product dependent, with a new purchase property a charge of £497 and remortgage fee of just £247. A lifetime fee of £847 is also available for those who wish to retain our advice services in the long-term.
